AGGREGATE ATO

The aggregates of the ATO series are machines designed to work with tractors of lower weight. Thanks to the built-in system, the hydropack can work in conjunction with cereal seeders or aftercrop seeders, creating a combination of seed drills, efficient and easy to use.

SEMI-SUSPENDED DISC AGGREGATE

ATO is a semi-mounted machine. Thanks to this solution, the power demand for the ATO + SR300 set drops to just 100 HP.

RUBBER PROTECTION 35x210 MM

Each plate is mounted on an individual holder with a system of four rubber shock absorbers (35x210 mm). They effectively protect the plates against damage. Thanks to the protection, the user can safely operate the unit even in difficult field conditions, while being sure that the machine is solidly protected against possible damage.

SIDE SCREENS

Active screens located at the edge of both disc sections limit the zone of soil deposited by the edge discs, preventing the formation of ruts at the crossing connections. In the event of excessive recess or encountering a large obstacle, the screen holders are attached to the frame using floating joints, allowing the screens to tilt upwards in the event of a collision. So you don't have to adjust the screen, it will adjust itself to the conditions.

The hydraulically adjustable tire roller is used to compact loosened soil, ensuring a more even emergence. It is very important that flexible rubber is not very susceptible to soil sticking. In addition, the shaft also performs the transport function of the aggregate.
