SCRAPER STRIP
The first of them - toothed has spring suspension with adjustable pressure and working depth. The second is a smooth lead drag with a chain depth stop. Third - also smooth with spring pressure. The work of each subsequent one gives a better effect of leveling the cultivated area. Everything to get the best effect.
TWO ROWS OF SPRING TEETH
Two beams on which elastic claws with 250 mm wide coulters are placed are basic tools ensuring great mixing of the soil in preparation for sowing. Thanks to the right combination of distances between successive beams and ground clearance, they provide excellent results in both light and heavy soil conditions.
SIDE SCREENS
Active screens located at the edge of both disc sections limit the zone of soil deposited by the edge discs, preventing the formation of ruts at the crossing connections. In the event of excessive recess or encountering a large obstacle, the screen holders are attached to the frame using floating joints, allowing the screens to tilt upwards in the event of a collision.
ROLLERS: PRE-LEVELLING AND FINAL LEVELLING SECTION
The string roller acting behind the first harrow bar is the section responsible for initial leveling of transverse soil unevenness. The last working section of the machine is also a roller, this time a crosskill or tandem crosskill working between the second and third scraping bar. You will no doubt get the optimal alignment!
