DESCRIPTION

CULTIVATING AND SOWING AGGREGATE

Each of the AS aggregate series is a device that embodies the idea of creating a low-weight, compact construction crop structure. Thanks to the built-in system, the hydropack can work in conjunction with cereal seeders, creating a combination of seed drills, efficient and easy to use, while allowing safe transport on the road.

LEVELLING ROLLERS

The system of the flat bar rollers with a diameter of 400mm is a section responsible for pre-levelling the transverse soil unevenness.

RESILIENT TINES

Combined in two (optionally in three) sections, the teeth made of spring steel ensure the effect of maximum crumbling of lumps of soil. They are finished with coulters with a double-sided blade, which automatically extends their useful life. They provide excellent results in both light and heavy soil conditions.

STABILITY WHEN WORKING WITH THE SEEDER

The use of a twin system of hydropack control cylinders gives great stability both when driving a trailed seeder in the field and when transporting the seeder in the upper position. A supplementary protection of the transport position of the seeder raised on the hydropack system is a set of two adjustable (longitudinally and transversely) support feet on which the seeder is supported by wheels.

SPACING OF THE SEEDER'S MOUNTINGS IN THE HYDROPACK

Thanks to the special structure, our hydropack is equipped with the possibility of various configurations of the width of the mounts, so that it can also be adapted to seed drills from other manufacturers.
