In 2016, six years after the launch of the original Kwatro, Dewulf introduced the Kwatro Xtreme. This self-propelled 4-row sieving harvester combines all the technology that enabled the Kwatro to build a solid reputation as undefeated master in the field with a new chassis without compromises in the sieving path. With the Kwatro, Dewulf was the first manufacturer to combine frontal harvesting with a traditional sieving path, hedgehog unit and cleaning modules, and all with the largest bunker on the market.

4 x 90 cm: no compromises, no constrictions

For growers who plant in 4 x 90 cm or grow in beds of 1800 mm Dewulf has developed the Kwatro Xtreme. This harvester features a 3.6 m harvester unit. The machine has a succession of a short sieving conveyor 1, sieving conveyor 2 and sieving conveyor 3, all without constrictions.

Master of the field, anytime, anywhere

Thanks to the high-quality frontal harvesting concept found in the Kwatro Xtreme, the potato ridges remain intact and the harvester has excellent stability. This makes it possible to keep harvesting longer in wet conditions. The Kwatro Xtreme is equipped with a 500 hp Scania DC13 Stage IV engine. The cooling works independently from the engine and as a result offers more freedom in regard to the engine speed. The perfect weight distribution, the 900 mm wide tracks and the optional super-wide rear wheel (Mitas 1250/50 R32) ensure perfectly flat ground after harvesting, with minimal compacting. Thanks to a maximum rear wheel steering deflection of 60°, the harvester is surprisingly manoeuvrable, even on the smallest parcels. The traction can be adjusted per track/wheel, ensuring that harvesting can continue in even in the most challenging circumstances and weather conditions, which makes the Kwatro exceptionally reliable.
